Internet Celebrity Cross Dresser Jay Boogie Set To Be In The New Big Brother Season 5

As days go by, Nigerians are eagerly waiting for the fifth season of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show as it promises to be funfilled.

Fast rising Nigerian cross-dresser, Daniel Anthony also known as Jay Boogie is allegedly set to become the first cross-dresser in BBNaija reality TV show.

Jay Boogie broke the news on his Instagram page and called on volunteers to handle his accounts while he’ll be away in the house. He wrote:

“Few days to be in the house. Who will handle my social media? Please make sure you all vote for me.”

Jay Boogie is a Port Harcourt cross-dresser, model and dancer who has caught people’s attention and gained popularity, after being compared to Nigeria’s most popular cross-dresser, Bobrisky. He is always tensioning his followers on social media with hot pictures of himself.

Meanwhile mixed reactions have trailed his announcement as many think it might just be a publicity stunt. While some wondered what gender he’ll represent in the house, others pledged their support for him. Below is how some followers reacted to his post;

Recall that a few weeks ago, we brought you reports that the 2020 edition of Africa’s biggest reality tv show, BBNaija is set to kick off on July 19, 2020.

Well, organizers of the show, MultiChoice Nigeria have rolled out what the housemates are going to be fighting for and it is massive. This is going to be the biggest prize in the history of the show.

The breakdown of the prizes for the winner of BBNAIJA 2020 includes: a N30m cash prize; a top SUV; a trip to Dubai for two; a trip to Dublin; a two-bedroom apartment; three smartphones; and a year’s supply of selected foodstuff, snacks and drinks. There’s also a bonus prize of two VIP tickets to watch a Champion League final game live.

The last edition of the reality tv show saw Mercy Eke crowned as winner after spending over 90 days in the Pepper Dem house. As a result of her win, she took home the N30m cash prize, a brand new car and other gifts which brought up her total winnings to N60m.

Previous winners of the reality tv show include Katung Aduwak, Efe Ejeba, Miracle Igbokwe. Ebuka Obi-Uchendu will once again be the host for the show this year.
